Hi, I’m Heather Reed, founder of Heather Reed Fitness. My mission is to help you feel your strongest—physically and mentally—while living pain-free and with purpose.

Growing up immersed in fitness, I learned the value of strength and consistency early on. But my journey hasn’t been without challenges. Living with Tourette’s Syndrome and recovering from four knee surgeries taught me the importance of building resilience and preventing injuries through strength training, mobility, and mindful movement.

At Heather Reed Fitness, I bring these experiences into every program, focusing on sustainable progress, injury prevention, and a balanced approach to health. Whether you’re beginning your fitness journey or looking to enhance it, I help you connect your mind and body, building strength for life.
