From Struggles to Strength

Welcome! I’m Heather Reed, founder of Heather Reed Fitness, and I’m here to help you feel stronger, both physically and mentally, than you’ve ever felt before. My journey into fitness is deeply personal—shaped by challenges, resilience, and a lifelong passion for movement.

Growing up surrounded by fitness, my father’s bodybuilding and my mother’s gymnastics taught me the value of strength, consistency, and the power of an active lifestyle. But my path wasn’t always straightforward. Living with Tourette’s Syndrome meant my mind and body often felt disconnected, working against each other. Daily tasks were stressful, and I often felt out of control—until I discovered the transformative power of strength training, mindful movement, and a healthier diet.

Strength training not only mended the relationship between my mind and body but also gave me purpose. It became my mission to help others bridge that same gap, building physical and mental strength while living pain-free and with purpose.

Empowering Your Fitness Journey

My athletic journey included challenges, as I had three knee surgeries before college. Each recovery taught me to strengthen not only muscles but also ligaments and joints, highlighting the importance of prehab—injury prevention through targeted training. At Heather Reed Fitness, I incorporate this into every program, ensuring clients feel strong and ready to thrive. My certifications (NASM, PN1 Nutrition, PPSC) enable me to develop personalized and sustainable programs focused on longevity and holistic health.

Fitness became my lifeline after experiencing weight gain and muscle loss post-volleyball. Rediscovering lifting and daily movement brought me clarity: movement is essential for living. This realization shapes Heather Reed Fitness, where I meet you at your current stage, emphasizing sustainable habits and gradual progress. My mission is to help you move pain-free, build strength, and unlock your body's true potential.

Let’s work together to create a stronger, healthier version of yourself—YOUR POTENTIAL AWAITS.
